YT Factory: Privacy Policy

YT Factory is an internal tool operated by Intrasoft (admin@intrasoft.io). It manages YouTube channels that belong to Intrasoft. It is not offered to the public, and it does not access the YouTube accounts of any third party.

Data we access

With the channel owner's OAuth consent, YT Factory uses the YouTube API Services to:

• upload videos, thumbnails and metadata to our own channels;
• read analytics reports for our own channels (views, watch time, subscribers and estimated revenue);
• read public video statistics, such as titles, view counts and durations, from public YouTube channels for topic research.

How data is used and stored

Analytics and public statistics are stored on a private server that only the operator can access. They are used solely to plan and improve content on our own channels. OAuth tokens are stored on the same server, are readable only by the operator, and are never shared.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share any data with third parties. We do not use cookies or tracking.

Retention and deletion

Analytics data is kept for as long as the channel is operated. You can revoke YT Factory's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored data is deleted within 30 days of revocation, or on request to admin@intrasoft.io.

YT Factory uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. See also the Google Privacy Policy.
